Built for busy delis, supermarkets and commissaries, the SLICER-TABLE-315 puts your Bizerba slicer at an ergonomic 31.5-inch working height, keeps six full-size pans at arm’s reach and rolls only when you want it to. 14-gauge 304 stainless construction, NSF certification and a two-year on-site warranty ensure the durability and food-safety you expect from Bizerba.

• Side lift arm tilts the stand onto hidden swivel casters for easy repositioning; drop back onto four 5" high-friction pad feet for rock-solid stability.
• Parking-brake system locks movement front, rear, left and right while slicing.
• Six tray slides, 2.375" center spacing, hold standard 18" × 26" sheet pans; left winged channel also accepts 14" × 18" pans.
• 18" W × 26" D scrap trough combined with front handle/remote sharpener holder keeps the work area clear.
• Fixed stainless bottom shelf with 3" center drain for quick hose-down.
• (4) pre-drilled mounting holes let you bolt compatible Bizerba slicers directly to the tabletop (leg-set kit sold separately).
• Low center of gravity supports up to 800 lb on leveling feet (600 lb while rolling).
