Engineered for busy bakeries and donut shops, the BevLes PICA70-32INS-A mobile proofing cabinet delivers uniform warmth and moisture from top to bottom. Its rugged aluminum construction, intuitive digital controls and high-capacity interior help you move more dough with less downtime.

  • Independent humidity dial feeds a 5 qt. cast water reservoir; “cast-in” heater design prevents element burnout.
