Engineered for high-volume bakeries, donut shops and commissaries, the BevLes PICA70-32INS-A delivers uniform heat and humidity from floor to ceiling. Its rugged all-aluminum body, intuitive digital controls and removable heating module make proofing dependable, precise and easy to maintain.
