Built for high-volume bakeries and donut shops, this mobile proofer delivers precise, uniform temperature and humidity in an extra-deep, full-height footprint that accommodates today’s largest donut screens. Triple clear Lexan® doors give you a full view of every batch without disturbing the proofing environment.
