Give every batch the perfect rise. Engineered around extra-large 23 × 32 in. donut screens, this full-height, non-insulated BevLes proofer delivers uniform heat and humidity from the first rack to the last— all inside a rugged, easy-to-clean aluminum cabinet that rolls wherever you need it.
