The BevLes Temper Select full-height heated holding cabinet surrounds food with gentle convection heat and an optional touch of humidity, locking in just-finished flavor for hours without over-cooking or drying out your signature dishes.

- Solid-state thermostat delivers a wide 70 °F – 215 °F (21 °C – 102 °C) holding range.
- Universal welded-wire pan supports on 1 ½" centers hold:
• (12) 18" × 26" sheet pans
• (24) 12" × 20" steam-table pans - Removable top water pan adds light humidity for hard-to-hold menu items.
- Rugged 304 stainless steel interior & exterior with 0.125" formed aluminum base.
- 5" all-swivel neoprene plate casters (front two with brakes) glide smoothly over kitchen floors.
- Cool-touch door handles, turn-knob latch and magnetic Santoprene® gaskets for a tight seal.
- Lift-off, self-closing hinges and tool-free removable air ducts speed daily cleaning.
