High–performance holding for busy serving lines

Keep entrées, sides and sauces at perfect serving temperature without the hassle of water baths. The BevLes BVST4-120 combines rugged stainless-steel construction with individually controlled Calrod elements, making it a reliable centerpiece for cafeterias, buffets and catering operations.

  • Independent infinite temperature knobs plus red LED “ON” indicators for quick status checks
  • Dry-well design — add optional spillage pans when extra humidity is desired
  • Heavy-duty stainless-steel top and well liners, insulated on all sides and bottom
  • 8" wide × ½" thick removable white polyethylene cutting board included
  • Adjustable galvanized undershelf keeps lids, utensils and extra pans within reach
