BevLes Model BMCE06LHWSServe perfectly cooked food on a compact footprint. The BevLes Minitouch combines dry heat, steam, or any mix of the two without a costly boiler system, giving you the versatility of a full-size combi in a 21"-wide countertop unit that still holds six 13" × 18" half-size sheet pans or six 1/1 GN pans. A 5" color touchscreen and three intelligent “assistants” make everything from programming to cleaning radically simple.
