- Refrigerated preparation: Rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor.
- Pan storage: Eighteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans are furnished; the top accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep.
- Work surface: Includes a removable 17-inch-wide white polyethylene cutting board.
- Construction: Stainless steel front, sides, top, drawers, and grille with a galvanized steel back and bottom and an aluminum interior.
