Beverage-Air SPED72HC-18-4 is a three-section sandwich prep table with 20.02 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage, one door, four drawers, two shelves, and a top opening for 18 1/6-size pans.
The unit includes 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, a removable 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board, and rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
