Description
The Beverage-Air SPED72HC-10-2 is a three-section sandwich top refrigerated counter with 20.0 cu. ft. of capacity, two doors, two drawers and four shelves.
The stainless steel top accommodates ten 1/6-size pans. Four-inch-deep pans are furnished, and the top accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep. A removable 10-inch polyethylene cutting board supports preparation work.
The unit has a stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, aluminum interior, and rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
