- The stainless steel top has openings for eight 1/6-size pans. Eight 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans are furnished, and the top accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep.
- A removable 17-inch white polyethylene cutting board provides a dedicated preparation surface.
- Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, adaptive defrost, and a 1/6 HP compressor.
