Description
The CookRite EHS-OW-5 is an electric five-pan steam table with an open cabinet base and five 8-inch-deep dry-heating open wells.
Each well is insulated with fiberglass on four sides and the bottom and has individual infinite-switch temperature control. The unit provides 3,750 watts of heating at 240 volts and includes stainless steel construction, a poly cutting board, indicator lights, mechanical switch guards, and water pans.
