Description
The CookRite EHS-OW-4 is a stationary electric steam table with four fully insulated, 8-inch-deep dry-heating open wells and an open cabinet base.
Each well has individual infinite-switch temperature control, a 475-watt heating element, and an indicator light for power and element heating. The unit has stainless steel die-stamped openings with rising lips, standard water pans, and a poly cutting board.
The steam table is specified for four full-size food pans with 6-inch depth and uses 1,900 watts at 120 volts with a NEMA 5-20P plug.

The four wells are 8 inches deep, use a dry-heating open-well design, and are insulated with fiberglass on four sides and the bottom.
Individual well controls
Each well has its own infinite-switch temperature control.
Well heating elements

Stainless steel openings
The 12-inch by 20-inch die-stamped openings have rising lips to help keep the well area clean and assist with pan loading and unloading.

Stainless steel construction
The top, body, and under shelf are 18-gauge stainless steel, with stainless steel tubular legs and adjustable stainless steel feet.

An indicator light for each well shows power on and element heating.

Mechanical guards are provided on the switches.
Water pans and food pan specification
Standard water pans are specified, along with four full-size food pans at 6-inch depth.
