The CookRite EHS-OW-3 is an electric steam table with three fully insulated, 8-inch-deep dry-heating open wells and an open cabinet base.
Each well has individual infinite-switch temperature control and a 475-watt heating element. The table features stainless steel construction, adjustable stainless steel feet, and a 7-inch-wide poly cutting board.
