Description
The CookRite EHS-OW-2 is an electric steam table with two fully insulated, 8-inch-deep dry heating open wells and an open cabinet base.
Each well has an individual infinite-switch temperature control and a 475-watt heating element. The unit is specified for two full-size food pans at 6-inch depth.
