Frequently Asked Questions

The counter cutout size for the WCM-HP-3 is 23 1/4 inches by 42 1/2 inches, with a 1-inch radius required for each corner.
First, turn the master switch to 'OFF' and drain any hot water completely. Then, turn the selector switch to 'COLD' and the master switch to 'ON'. Note that the cold cycle will only energize when the stainless liner temperature is at or below 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
When installing in a counter, it is recommended that the operator side be completely open for air circulation. If installing in an island counter, two grill openings (approximately 18" x 18" each) are recommended for intake and exhaust at opposite ends.
Clean the pans and unit with soapy warm water and rinse thoroughly. Do NOT use chloride-based products, steel wool, or abrasive materials as they can damage and void the warranty. Regularly clean the condenser coil and periodically clean the heater sheath of any built-up material.
The heating element will be damaged if not completely submerged in water at all times during the heating cycle. Failure to maintain the water level will void the warranty.
