Dual Temperature Functionality

A hot serving unit transforms into a refrigerated cold pan with a simple flip of a switch, offering versatile menu options.

Dual Temperature Functionality

Stainless Steel Construction

The top and inner liner are constructed from 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, featuring a die-stamped raised perimeter bead and a one-piece welded design with coved corners for durability and easy cleaning.

Insulated Pan

The pan is fully insulated with high-density fiberglass (1-3/8" thick on sides, 1-1/2" on bottom) and enclosed in a 22 gauge galvanized steel outer case for superior temperature retention and energy efficiency.

Immersion Heating Element

An immersion-type heating element is provided in the bottom of the pan, requiring water submersion for proper and safe operation during the heating cycle to prevent damage.

Self-Contained Refrigeration

Equipped with a hermetically sealed compressor and thermostat control, the self-contained condensing unit is fully charged with CFC-free refrigerant and ready to operate.

User-Friendly Controls

Features a pre-wired hot/cold selector switch, separate thermostat controls for heating and cooling, and a pilot light for easy operation and monitoring.

Factory Applied Gasket

A solid vinyl gasket under the beaded edge ensures a complete seal to the counter top, simplifying installation and preventing seepage or marring.

Drainage System

Includes a 3/4" diameter drain with strainer, 4" copper nipple, and valve for convenient water removal.

Safety Device

Unit is equipped with a safety device that prevents the cold cycle from energizing until the stainless liner temperature is at 120 degrees Fahrenheit or below.

Counter Cut-Out Required

Requires a counter cut-out opening of 44"W x 24-1/2"D for proper installation.
