The counter top is constructed from 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, die-formed, welded, ground, and polished for durability and easy cleaning.
Robust Frame
Frame construction utilizes hi-tensile aluminum square tubing (1-1/4" x 1-1/4"), with welded sections that are ground and polished to a uniform finish.
Customizable Body Panels
The body features a front panel and 7" rear apron made of plastic laminate on .063 aluminum, with the finish specified by the owner to match decor.
Refrigerated Frost Top Design
Includes a WF series drop-in refrigerated frost top made of 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel with a raised perimeter bead and solid vinyl gasket. The 14 gauge stainless steel frost plate has copper tubing firmly soldered to the exterior bottom for efficient cooling.
Efficient Insulation
The frost top unit is fully insulated with 1-1/2" thick high-density fiberglass and polystyrene, encased in an 18 gauge galvanized steel outer case, ensuring maximum efficiency and energy savings.
Self-Contained Refrigeration
A fully self-contained condensing unit features a hermetically sealed compressor and an on/off toggle switch. The system is factory charged with CFC-free refrigerant, ready for immediate operation.
Standard Electrical Connection
Pre-wired for 15 amps, 120 volt, single phase operation, equipped with an on/off switch, pilot light, and a 6' long, 3-wire cord with NEMA 5-15P plug.
Mobile with Locking Casters
Fitted with 5" diameter, non-marking rubber tired, swivel casters. Ball bearings in both swivel and axle raceways and grease fittings ensure smooth movement. Two casters on the operator's side feature toe-activated brakes for secure positioning.
Unit Alignment and Retention
An integral locking device is provided to align and retain cart positioning when two or more carts are joined, ensuring a seamless and stable serving line.
Condensate Management
The frost top stands 1" above the counter and is surrounded by a 1/2" full perimeter gutter to efficiently collect melted condensate, which drains through a 1" IPS connection.
