Description
The Asber Emerald AERB 48 EM is a 48-inch countertop gas radiant broiler with eight flute-type stainless-steel burners delivering 20,000 BTU/hr each, for 160,000 BTU total.
It features a 24-inch-deep cooking area, reversible heavy-duty cast-iron grates, cast-iron radiants, integrated grease collection channels, and a 4-inch-high perimeter splash guard. Manual ignition, standing pilot lights, Zamak flame control knobs, adjustable stainless-steel legs, and a stainless-steel grease tray support operation and cleanup.
The broiler operates with natural gas or LPG, includes a gas conversion kit, and is convertible to lava rock. It is NSF Certified, UL Listed, and made in North America.
