Description
The Asber Emerald AEMG 60 EM is a countertop gas manual griddle with a 60-inch-wide cooking surface, a 24-inch-deep cooking area, and a 1-inch-thick cold-rolled, fully welded plate.
Five U-type stainless-steel burners deliver 30,000 BTU/hr each for 150,000 BTU/hr total input. Manual ignition, stainless-steel standing pilot lights, Zamak flame control knobs, and a standard gas regulator support manual operation with NG or LPG.
