The Arcobaleno Pasta Equipment ASC320 is a countertop dough sheeter for sheets up to 12-1/2 inches wide. It uses smooth stainless steel rollers measuring 2-3/8 inches in diameter.

Two dough feed openings are provided: a 3/8-inch front opening and a 1-1/2-inch back opening. The sheeting roller opening adjusts from 0 to 5/8 inch, or 0 to 15 mm.
