  • Three U-shaped 30,000 BTU burners (one every 12") for a total of 90,000 BTU / 26 kW.
  • Manual control valves give you precise, independent zone control.
  • 3" integrated splash guard keeps grease and debris on the griddle—not on your walls.
  • Full-width 3" stainless steel grease trough with large, removable pan for quick, mess-free cleaning.
  • Rugged stainless steel front, sides, trough and pan—built to handle daily commercial abuse.
  • Adjustable 4" stainless steel legs level the unit and simplify under-counter cleaning.
  • Rear ¾" NPT gas connection; specify Natural or LP gas at order.
