American Range model ARGF-24G-8B-CC | 300,000 BTU (88 kW)Purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens, the American Range Green Flame™ delivers the speed of electronic, pilot-free ignition with the rugged power chefs expect. Eight high-output open burners, a 24 inch manual-control griddle and two full-size convection ovens give you a true all-in-one cooking platform that maximizes line space without compromising performance.

- 8 open burners, 25,000 BTU each (200,000 BTU total) with pilot-less electronic ignition
- 12" × 12" heavy-duty cast-iron top grates—easy to remove, built for high heat
- 24" manual griddle, 1" thick steel plate, one 20,000 BTU burner every 12" for even heat
- 3" wide, welded-in grease trough and large removable collector for fast cleanup
- Two 26-1/2" convection ovens, 30,000 BTU each, porcelain-enameled interior for easy wipe-down
- 5 chrome rack positions & 2 racks supplied per oven (4 total)
- Spring-assisted, counter-weight oven doors—no adjustment required
- Stainless steel front, sides & landing ledge; 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs
- Choice of 6" stub back or 20" riser; optional high shelf available
