American Range 72" Green Flame™ Range – 12 Open Burners & Dual Standard Ovens (Model ARGF-12)
370,000 BTU | Pilotless Electronic Ignition | Made in the USAEngineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, the American Range Green Flame™ ARGF-12 delivers relentless power, rock-solid construction and money-saving pilotless ignition—all in a 72" footprint that keeps up with high-volume demand.
Performance & Convenience
- Twelve 12" × 12" heavy-duty cast-iron grates with 25,000 BTU/hr open burners (total cook-top output 300,000 BTU).
- Electronic, pilot-free ignition on every burner for lower energy costs and a cooler kitchen.
- Two full-size 26 1/2" standard ovens, each with a 35,000 BTU/hr steel burner, porcelain-enamel interior and 250 °F – 500 °F thermostat.
- Each oven ships with two chrome racks and two fixed rack positions; additional racks available.
- Spring-assisted, counter-weighted oven doors require no adjustment and stay open where you set them.
- Stainless-steel front, sides, 6" deep landing ledge and removable full-width crumb tray for easy clean-up.
- 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs included; optional locking casters available.
- Choose the back & shelf that suits your line: 6" stub back, 20" high riser or 24" high shelf/riser (optional).
- Rear 3/4" NPT gas connection with pressure regulator; 115 V, 15 A cord & plug supplied for ignition system.
