Push more plates through the pass with this heavy-duty 72-inch American Range. Eight powerful open burners sit alongside a raised 24-inch griddle/broiler, all over two full-width storage bases—giving chefs a versatile cooking station that stands up to the punishing pace of a commercial kitchen.

    • Two 20,000 BTU burners (one every 12").
    • Lower broiler rack—perfect for finishing steaks, melts or gratins.
    • 3" wide grease trough with large-capacity collector.
  • Two 26-1/2" wide storage bases keep sheet pans, stock pots and utensils right where you need them.
  • All-stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge and 6" deep front rail.

  • 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs level the unit on uneven floors.
