Engineered for high–volume commercial kitchens, this American Range 72-inch restaurant range combines the speed of eight 32,000 BTU open burners with the versatility of a 24″ raised griddle/broiler station, a full-size convection oven, and a convenient storage base. Built entirely from stainless steel and backed by a two-year parts & labor warranty, it’s the all-in-one platform that lets chefs sauté, grill, broil, bake, and hold – all in one footprint.

    • Integrated broiler cavity beneath the plate – ideal for finishing steaks, seafood, or au gratin dishes

    • Spring-assisted door with counter-weight balancing – no adjustment required
