A true workhorse for high-volume kitchens, this 72" American Range combines blistering burner power, a precision raised griddle-broiler, and both convection and standard ovens in one ultra-durable, all-stainless package.

  • Right-side 24" raised griddle-broiler with 3/4" thick polished steel plate & manual controls
