Engineered and built in the USA, the American Range AR-4B-24RG packs 222,000 BTU of chef-proven performance into a rock-solid 48" chassis. From high-heat sautéing on the left, to perfectly seared proteins on the right-hand raised griddle/broiler, and two independent ovens below, this range is ready for every ticket the rush can throw at it.

  • Open burners: 12" × 12" heavy-duty cast-iron grates, full-width removable crumb tray, individual pilots for instant re-light.
  • Raised griddle/broiler: 2 × 20,000 BTU burners (one every 12"), 3" wide grease trough, stainless pilot ignition.
  • Total input: 222,000 BTU / 65 kW.

Dual Space-Saver Ovens

  • Each oven: 20"W × 22½"D × 13½"H porcelain-enameled cavity for easy wipe-down.
  • Spring-assisted counter-weight doors stay closed under heavy use.
  • Thermostat adjustable from 250 °F to 500 °F (121 °C – 260 °C).
  • Supplied with 2 chrome racks per oven; additional racks available.
  • 100 % safety gas shut-off for peace of mind.

Built for the Long Haul

  • Rugged stainless front, sides and riser resist corrosion and dents.
  • 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs (optional locking casters available).
  • 1-piece 6" deep landing ledge keeps plates safely out of the heat zone.
