High-Output Open Burners

Four lift-off burners are rated at 32,000 BTU/hr each and sit on 12" x 12" cast-iron grates with a removable full-width drip pan.

Raised Griddle/Broiler Section

The 24-inch griddle uses a 3/4-inch thick steel plate, 20,000 BTU/hr per 12-inch section, stainless steel pilots, and manual control valves.

Convection Oven

Left-side 26-1/2-inch convection oven includes fan-assisted heat transfer, a 250°F to 500°F thermostat, two chrome-plated racks, and chrome rack guides with five tray positions.

Storage Base

Right-side storage base adds underrange storage space for pans, tools, or other kitchen essentials.
