Built, engineered, and assembled in the USA, this American Range 72-inch restaurant range consolidates griddling, sautéing, baking, and roasting into one rugged piece of equipment. A 1" thick, full-width steel griddle anchors the left side while four 32,000 BTU open burners keep up with high-volume production. Beneath, a 26-1/2" convection oven and a 26-1/2" standard oven give you the freedom to bake, roast, or finish dishes simultaneously—all backed by a two-year parts & labor warranty.

Performance Highlights

  • 48" Manual Griddle (Left) – 1" thick steel plate, one 20,000 BTU burner every 12" for a total of 80,000 BTU; 3" grease trough & collector for fast cleanup.
  • Four 32,000 BTU Open Burners – Heavy-duty cast-iron grates (12" × 12") lift off for easy cleaning; individual pilots with removable full-width drip pan.
  • Dual 26-1/2" Ovens
    Convection Oven (Left) – 30,000 BTU burner, forced-air fan for up to 25 % faster cook times.
    Standard Oven (Right) – 35,000 BTU burner for traditional baking & roasting.
    Both ovens include two chrome racks and thermostats adjustable from 250 – 500 °F (121 – 260 °C).
  • Rugged Stainless Construction – Front, sides, 6" landing ledge, and full kick plate resist corrosion and make wipe-downs effortless.
  • Backguard Choices – Select a 6" stub back, 20" high riser, or high riser with shelf at the time of order—no up-charge.
  • 6" Chrome-Plated Adjustable Legs – Level the range on uneven floors or swap in optional locking casters for mobility.
