American Range • Model Configuration: 48G-4B-CS (48" Griddle / 4 Burners / Convection + Standard Ovens)Built, engineered, and assembled in the USA, this American Range 72-inch restaurant range consolidates griddling, sautéing, baking, and roasting into one rugged piece of equipment. A 1" thick, full-width steel griddle anchors the left side while four 32,000 BTU open burners keep up with high-volume production. Beneath, a 26-1/2" convection oven and a 26-1/2" standard oven give you the freedom to bake, roast, or finish dishes simultaneously—all backed by a two-year parts & labor warranty.

- 48" Manual Griddle (Left) – 1" thick steel plate, one 20,000 BTU burner every 12" for a total of 80,000 BTU; 3" grease trough & collector for fast cleanup.
- Four 32,000 BTU Open Burners – Heavy-duty cast-iron grates (12" × 12") lift off for easy cleaning; individual pilots with removable full-width drip pan.
