Built in the USA for high-volume kitchens, this 72 inch American Range combines a heavy-duty 36" griddle, six powerful open burners and two 26-1/2" convection ovens into one space-saving workhorse. From all-day breakfast service to dinner rush sautéing and baking, it delivers the versatility, heat and durability professional chefs demand.
