  • Right-hand 26-1/2" storage base keeps sheet pans, lids, and utensils within arm’s reach.
  • Thermostat adjustable from 250 °F – 500 °F (121 °C – 260 °C).
  • Removable full-width drip pan simplifies end-of-shift clean-up.
  • Select your backguard at no extra charge: 6" stub back, 20" riser, or high riser with shelf.
  • 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs (optional swivel casters available).
