Built for high-volume, high-heat cooking environments, the American Range AR-10-DSB combines ten powerful 32,000 BTU open burners, a full-size 35,000 BTU standard oven, and a convenient 26-1/2" storage base – all in a rugged, 60" footprint. Heavy-gauge stainless steel, precision-machined components, and Made-in-USA craftsmanship deliver the reliability and performance professionals demand.

  • 12" × 12" heavy-duty cast-iron grates let pots and pans glide smoothly across the surface.
  • Full-width, removable drip pan under burners for fast, tool-free cleanup.
  • Left-side 26-1/2" standard oven (35,000 BTU) with porcelain-enamel interior, two chrome racks and temperature control from 250 °F – 500 °F.
  • Right-side 26-1/2" ambient storage base keeps sheet pans, stock pots and dry goods at hand.
  • Choice of backsplash at no extra charge: 6" stainless stub back, 20" riser, or high riser with shelf.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge and kick plate withstand daily commercial abuse.
  • 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs standard; optional swivel casters available.
