It is available for natural gas or propane; specify the gas type when ordering.
The ADJ-24 has four burners with 20,000 BTU/hr per burner for 80,000 BTU total.
It is for use on non-combustible floors only. Clearances from non-combustible walls are 0". When placed next to combustible walls, keep at least 12" from the sides and 4" from the rear. Legs or casters are required, or a 2" overhang is required when curb mounted.
It includes a 2-year limited warranty for parts and labor. Broiler burners, lower and upper grates, and radiants are covered for 90 days.
