To operate, completely load a compartment of the carousel. Push the detent lever to release, then manually turn the carousel until the loaded glasses are in the washing compartment and locked into place. Push the red 'START' button to begin the 75-second wash, rinse, and sanitization cycle.
The machine requires an operational hot water supply from the building's water heater, with a minimum required temperature of 120°F (49°C) at the machine for effective cleaning and sanitization.
After each shift, drain the water using the drain switch, then remove and clean the spray arm and pump filter. The hood top, carousel drum, and splash shields can also be removed for easy access and cleaning. Leave the machine empty, dry, and clean, and turn off the master switch.
