The 500-TH pairs Alto-Shaam’s exclusive Halo Heat® technology with an intuitive cook-and-hold control that automatically switches to holding mode for worry-free, overnight production. Lower shrinkage, higher yields, and no added water or fans mean more profit on every plate.
