The Alto-Shaam EcoSmart® 400-CW cold well uses cold-wall, conductive refrigeration—no noisy fans, no dried-out product—so every bite is as fresh as the first.

Installation & Clearance
- Countertop surface must be water-resistant and level.
- Allow ¾" (19 mm) between adjacent wells and 4" (102 mm) in front of the louver for airflow.
- Do not install under a hood, four-way ceiling diffuser, or outdoors.
- A drain or catch basin is required; LED overhead lighting is recommended.
