Installation & Clearance
- Countertop must be water-resistant and level.
- Maintain ¾" (19 mm) between adjacent wells for cleaning.
- Provide 4" (102 mm) free space in front of the louver for air movement.
- A drain or catch basin is required.
- Unit is not designed for outdoor use, hood placement or direct steam/grease exposure.
- LED overhead lighting recommended for optimal food presentation.
