  • Two 12" × 20" die-stamped wells with 8" deep stainless liners—accept pan inserts up to 7-3/4" deep.
  • Even, humid heat from a 15,000 BTU LP burner maintains food quality without drying out.
  • Single Hi-Med-Low control knob plus pilot indicator port for fast start-ups and simple adjustment.
  • 20 ga. #302 stainless steel top and 22 ga. stainless body stand up to daily commercial use.
  • Removable 8" D × 3/8" thick white poly cutting board with 18 ga. stainless plate shelf below.
  • Galvanized open base with adjustable undershelf stores extra pans, lids or bus tubs.
  • 1-5/8" Ø galvanized legs with adjustable plastic bullet feet keep the unit level on uneven floors.
  • 1/2" female NPT rear gas connection; external regulator supplied (10" W.C. for LP).
