SPEC-LINE Series • Flat Top with No-Drip Countertop Edge • NSF ListedBoasting a full 40 ft² of 14-gauge, type 304 stainless steel workspace, the VSS-4810 is built to tackle your largest prep, plating and storage tasks while standing up to the daily grind of any commercial kitchen.
- Extra-heavy 14 ga 304 stainless steel top for maximum strength and dent resistance
- Die-formed 2" × 1" square No-Drip edge with ½" return on all four sides keeps spills off the floor
- Four hat channels plus sound-deadening material maintain a level, quiet work surface
- Adjustable 18 ga stainless steel undershelf secured with cast aluminum “leg-to-shelf” clamps—no visible nuts or bolts
- Nine 1 ⅝" Ø 16 ga 304 stainless steel legs with stainless gussets and adjustable stainless bullet feet
- Distributed load rating: 1,500 lb on top / 450 lb on shelf (max 1,800 lb combined)
- Ships knocked-down (KD) for lower freight costs; fast field assembly
