Model VKS-366 • NSF ListedEngineered for demanding commercial environments, this Spec-Line work table pairs a robust 14-gauge 304 stainless steel top with a sanitary 10" rear backsplash and an adjustable stainless undershelf. Whether you’re prepping, plating, or storing, the 72" × 36" footprint supplies the strength, stability, and cleanability chefs rely on every day.

- No-Drip edge—2" × 1" square die-formed countertop edge with ½" return on front & sides keeps spills off the floor.
- 10" backsplash—integral splash with 2" return protects adjacent walls and equipment.
- (3) roll-formed hat channels—galvanized, stud-welded reinforcements maintain a perfectly level surface.
- Fully adjustable undershelf—18 ga. stainless shelf secures via die-cast clamps; no exposed nuts or bolts.
- Heavy-duty legs—1 5⁄8" O.D., 16 ga. 304 stainless tubing with welded gussets for superior rigidity.
- 1" stainless bullet feet—height-adjustable to level the table on uneven floors.
