• Generous 60" W × 30" D work surface handles everything from bulk ingredient prep to plating.
• 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel top for maximum corrosion, heat, and chemical resistance.
• No-Drip 2" × 1" die-formed countertop edge with ½" return on three sides helps contain spills.
• 10" rear backsplash with 2" return keeps walls dry and sanitary.
• Top is sound-deadened and mechanically polished to a satin finish; edge is mirror-polished for a premium look.
• (3) roll-formed, embossed galvanized hat channels are stud-welded under the top to maintain a perfectly level surface.
• Adjustable 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf secured by die-cast leg clamps—no exposed nuts or bolts.
• (4) 1 ⁵⁄₈" Ø, 16-gauge 304 stainless tubular legs with welded stainless gussets.
• 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet let you level the table on uneven floors.
• All TIG-welded construction with polished welds; ships knocked-down (KD) to reduce freight cost.
