The Advance Tabco TVSS-249 combines a 14-gauge 304 stainless steel top with full stainless under-structure, providing the strength you need and the NSF sanitation you require.
Key Performance Features
- 14 ga. type 304 stainless steel flat top – thicker and stronger than 16 ga. or 18 ga. tables.
- 2" × 1" die-embossed No-Drip countertop edge with ½" return on all four sides keeps spills off the floor.
- Two heavy-duty roll-formed galvanized hat channels are epoxied & welded under the top for a consistently level work surface.
- All TIG-welded construction; exposed welds are ground & polished to a matching satin finish.
- Sound-deadening top reduces vibration and noise during chopping or equipment use.
- Open-base frame with:
- (6) 1 5⁄8" Ø, 16 ga. 304 stainless steel legs (center leg included on 8 ft.+ models).
- Rear 1 5⁄8" Ø stainless cross-brace plus 1 1⁄4" Ø side cross-braces for torsional rigidity.
- Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for fast on-site leveling.
- 1200 lb. evenly-distributed load rating* – perfect for mixers, slicers, ingredient bins & more.
- Ships knocked-down (KD) to minimize freight costs; simple field assembly required.
