Get a full ten feet of rock-solid prep space built to survive the toughest commercial kitchens. The Advance Tabco TVSS-2410 combines a heavy-duty 14-gauge work surface, all-stainless open base, and a spill-containing No-Drip edge so you can prep, portion, or plate with absolute confidence.
