Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the Advance Tabco TVKS-242 delivers a rock-solid, easy-to-clean prep surface in a compact 24" x 24" footprint. A heavy-duty, 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel top with a factory-welded 10" backsplash keeps messes contained, while full stainless legs and cross-bracing ensure long-term stability.

Key Features

• 14 ga. 304 SS top – stronger & more corrosion-resistant than 400-series steel.
• 2" × 1" die-embossed No-Drip countertop edge on 3 sides with ½" return.
• 10" rear backsplash with 2" return protects walls and meets health codes.
• (2) roll-formed galvanized hat channels are stud-welded under the top for a level, rigid work surface.
• All TIG-welded construction; exposed welds are polished to match the satin-finished top.
• Open-base frame with 1 5/8" Ø, 16-ga stainless steel legs plus:
  • 1 5/8" Ø rear tubular cross-rail
  • 1 1/4" Ø side tubular cross-rails
• 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for quick leveling.
• Pre-engineered angle adapters simplify future drawer installation (sold separately).

Performance You Can Count On

A 14-gauge top is rated at up to 1,000 lb distributed load. When paired with the 10" backsplash (+10%) and open-base design (-20%), the net capacity is approximately 880 lb — plenty for mixers, slicers, or heavy ingredient bins.
