14-Gauge Type 304 Top • Center & Side Crossrails • NSF ListedBuilt for the busiest commercial kitchens, this heavy-duty work table combines a rugged 14-gauge, type 304 stainless steel top with a reinforced open-base frame. It ships knock-down for lower freight costs yet assembles in minutes, instantly adding a spacious 20 ft² of sanitary prep surface wherever you need it.

- Oversized workspace: 60" W × 48" D flat top gives staff extra elbow room for high-volume prep.
- 14-gauge 304 stainless steel top: food-grade, corrosion-resistant and sound-deadended for a quieter kitchen.
- Sanitary rolled rim: 1 5⁄8" front & rear with square side edges to contain spills and speed wipe-downs.
- Reinforced understructure: four hat-channels are stud-welded beneath the top to keep the surface level under heavy loads.
- Open-base design: front-to-back stretchers are factory-welded; a left-to-right center cross-brace bolts in to maximize strength while leaving both sides open for bulk storage or mobile equipment.
- 1 5⁄8" Ø tubular stainless steel legs with welded gussets and adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for fast, wobble-free leveling.
- Pre-engineered angle adapters under the top let you add drawers later—no drilling required.
