- 5/8" thick reversible Poly-Vance™ cutting surface resists stains, odors and deep knife scars.
- 12 ga. 304-series stainless steel angle frame with die-formed flush tabs for a virtually self-cleaning junction between board and frame.
- 1 ⅝" Ø 16 ga. 304 stainless steel legs with welded gussets create a rigid, wobble-free foundation.
- Open tubular base – welded side cross rails and a rear bolted rail maximize strength while leaving the underside clear for ingredient carts or easy floor cleaning.
- 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- All TIG-welded construction; exposed surfaces are mechanically polished to a professional satin finish.
