Built for high-volume prep lines, this 7-foot Poly-Vance™ table combines a knife-friendly cutting surface with the strength of all-stainless construction. The reversible 5/8" HDPE top shrugs off moisture, chemicals and food acids while a 6" backsplash keeps work areas clean and code-compliant.

  • 6" high, 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel backsplash contains spills and protects walls.
  • Heavy-duty 12-gauge stainless steel angle frame fully TIG-welded for maximum rigidity.
  • 1 ⅝" Ø, 16-gauge type 304 stainless legs with welded gussets for rock-solid support.
  • Side & rear tubular cross rails (no undershelf) keep the frame square without trapping debris.
  • Four adjustable stainless bullet feet for fast, tool-free leveling on uneven floors.
  • Factory-polished satin finish resists corrosion and wipes clean.
