Built for the busiest prep lines, the Poly-Vance work table pairs a reversible 5/8" thick HDPE cutting surface with an all-stainless tubular base. The result is a rugged, food-safe workstation that resists impact, cleans up fast, and stays rock-solid shift after shift.
